Function Frequently Asked Questions
A. All Functions with Food & Beverage over the minimum number of 20 is Free.
A. Our minimum group is 20 maximum is 100 (sit down) or 150 finger food.
A: Yes at a charge of $15 per table
A: Yes with table decorations and balloons no confetti allowed. We do not allow you to stick anything to the walls.
A: From Midday on the day of the function providing the Room is not in use.
A: Two weeks prior to the Function date.
A: Yes a pre-paid or nominated amount can be placed on a bar tab with selected beverages or an open bar. We ask you to provide all your guests over the age of 18 with a coloured wrist band which can identify them to the staff when they approach the bar. These bands can be purchased at any stationery shop.
A: You will be charged for the final number you have given regardless of any cancellations after this time.
A: You need to pay a $200 non refundable deposit to hold the function room at the time of the booking. The Function Food should be paid 3 days prior to the function. The Bar tab needs to be settled on the night at the end of the function.
A: Yes you may bring your own cake. There is a $2 per person charge. This covers the cutting & serving of the cake, and also the cleaning of the crockery & cutlery.
A: No all catering and beverages must be purchased through the venue.
